Can anyone say if these are good for use in cocktails (or water)?

I use in Bloody Mary's and Gin/Vodka Tonic's and it works well. Also spritz steamed veggies. It taste is good.

does this contain sulfites?

They are not organic so they may have sulfites. I needed to return mine as they were delivered leaking.
