Samsung EF-VG975 mobile phone case 16.3 cm (6.4") Cover Black

Great original case from Samsung. My two favourite cases for my S10+ are both Samsung originals, the flip cover and this one. It smells of leather, is soft to the touch and doesn't add much weight to the phone. If you want maximum protection look elsewhere but it's a slim, sleek case. I read the reviews about it wearing, that remains to be seen but so far it's spotless. *Update* - it has worn. Still a nice case but the leather does wear away on the corners.

The case is great. The quality is superb, the color matches perfectly the phone. It could fit better at the angles and is peeled of after the first drop. I like how light it is and the way you forget you have a case over your phone.

The product feels and looks premium, however this is not stiff or grippy and the entire thing is leather, no plastic shell. It does come off a little easy and flex on the sides, this is especially a problem with the ceramic model of the phone (512gb/1tb) which is actually a few mm thicker than the glass variant (128gb/256gb) which means that the case does not completely wrap around the bottem corners and over the top of the phone making it very loose. Also this IS genuine leather but is very hard and feels more like PU (plastic) leather than soft touch leather or suade. And for those leather fans this does not have any leather scent, or any scent for that matter. I have returned this case and got the silicone case as i had it with my s9+ and it lasted me a year fine and was pleasent to hold, i am pleased to say that it fits the ceramic model like a glove and adds almost no bulk to the phone and considering its half the price of the leather case id say unless you really want that premium executive look the silicone case is a much better option

These look great, add a touch of natural leather quality and feel. They're very slim and simple to fit/change around.

It is a nice caee which fits well on the phone, and also feels really nice to touch. However, I would not use it as anything other than a fashion device. On a hardwood floor, the leather exterior was very fragile to ripping and revealing a dark material underneath, which may be bonded leather or something else. It is definitely not completely made of leather. My phone also broke when dropped on the pavement from waist height, so if you are looking for a case to protect your phone from drops, this is not what you need.

Good quality and fit

Looks great at first. Premium leather look, nice finish. As a pretty cover, looks nice. As a means of protecting your phone, rubbish! After 2 weeks, just from normal light use - in and out of pockets, put down, picked up, it's scuffed, leather peeling, and scratched - I'm furloughed so not at work, so luckily it's not getting anywhere near the hammering it would get if I was in and out of the car and using it all day every day. Also, it does not cover the bottom metal edge of the phone, around the speaker, jack and USB socket. In and out of pockets with coins or keys, they can and will still scratch that lovely shiny metal edge. By all means buy it to look nice, it just will not last.

Update - after a few months the colour has worn off all round the edges of the case around the screen, and it has split next to the volume button. Definitely the worst phone case I've owned in years, absolutely rubbish. Nice looking cover but it makes the phone slippy and offers almost no protection to the screen, as it only has small protruding edges at each corner. I swapped to this case from a cheap Spigen Slim Armour and within a week it had slipped out of my hand onto a concrete floor and smashed the screen through a screen protector. Now I'm £100 down for insurance excess.

After less that 2 months use, the colour has faded on the corners of the case, leaving it looking very worn out.

Original samsung. Gran calidad. Suave al tacto efecto piel. Delgada aporta poco grosor adicional. Color muy bonito.

Durable and gave my cellphone a nice look.

Manchmal lohnt es sich, etwas mehr für ein Original zu zahlen. Die Verarbeitung der Samsung-Hülle ist ohne Tadel, die Haltbarkeit nach einigen Monaten ist ebenfalls ohne Mängel. Das Leder fühlt sich, im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen hochpreisigen Lederhüllen, auch nach langer Benutzung noch immer sehr gut an. Das Smartphone liegt auch mit der Hülle gut in der Hand und die passenden farblichen Akzente der Buttons wissen zu gefallen.
