Is this an actual thermocouple? it says "test adapter", though the picture is showing the entire part? i'm sorry i'm confused & i need to replace asap

I don't know why it says test adapter, I installed it in our pizza oven and it's been working for a couple months now. It seems to be an actual thermocouple.

Looking for the correct thermocouple for a cook rite ato-10b. this looks identical. seems the right length. any way to confirm?

The one that I got was for a Baker’s pride pizza oven. I’m not sure if it will work for you. I would call the manufacturer to be sure.
