It keeps the radiator from rusting out and in fact it protects the water pump. It's a lubricant and a protector. I highly recommend this.

I can't say I notice a huge difference since using this product. My car wasn't overheating. I think this is a good preventative and good product to refresh older coolant. The corrosion inhibitors and surfactants can't hurt.

This stuff works. lowered the temp by 5 degrees and that can be critical on a hot day with a classic car.
