The picture is deceiving, I imagine they just wanted to show the different colors that you may get. You only get one hacky sack, and you can't choose the color, but it is the best sack you could ask for. I would highly recommend.

What's the difference between sand filled, metal filled and plastic filled

It bounces off the shoe differently. I like dirt the best but it's preference
