By volume how large are the mini jars??

Hi Joanne - the jars are 2 ounces by volume, but the average fill weight of the spices is about 1 ounce. It's enough to season 2-4 chicken breasts depending on how much spice you like. It's a great gift for anyone who would love to try all of our blends before going for the big jars. :) ~heather
