No Mounting Hardware
The item looks good and sturdy, however, I am very confused how to install it. Many reviews say it is easy to install, but I received three items that look like very large, thick nails. There is no threading such as screws have and there were no plastic wall plugs included. I reached out to the seller to ask them how to install the item - through Amazon and then on their provided WhatsApp number. They have not been very responsive at all even after follow up. I can go out and buy screws and wall plugs of the right size, but because the item is listed as coming with mounting hardware, that's unexpected and inconvenient.

Overall works as expected. Looks nice.l and can easily take weight of a long 60ft half inch hose pipe No complaints.

Good but expensive
The hose hanger s smaller than it appears in Photo. It is very expensive for such a small product. The seller should give the size as in other hose hangers. It is spot welded only. Not sure how long before the weld cracks due to stress caused by taking off and rewinding the hose 3/4 Inch hose which I use.

Hose pipe holder for home balcony/garden
The pipe you use needs to be a flexi /rubber type as the normal plastic ones don't roll properly and tend to twist. It would have been ideal if a rolling mechanism would have been made but nonetheless its a sturdy stand.
