Stunning! Thick micron chrome. Hefty! Smooth action movements handles & spout. Sturdy brass floor mount hidden under escutcheon . I LOVE the swinging spout. So do clients- purchased 3 for remodels thru various accounts. This one was for me. All of them were gorgeous. Good quality control. Due to my plumbers changing frequently bc of covid during pandemic construction one plumber omitted to thread the hot cold pipes under the tile, so we had to ask the seller YouNoble for shorter braided hot & cold hoses for a work around. What a great fast & very helpful response!. They mailed them to us in 3 days! Sadly I have to ask for another set, but my measuring fault not the sellers. These are the secondary hoses you see hanging on the tub filler.. stunning quality. I usually use Lefroy-Brooks or XOXO but for the price & fast 11gall per minute fill & swinging goose neck these are top notch. The only small issue is, I would prefer a slightly more modern chrome hand held shower head, with the clever 180° swing spout BUT this handle is a good white, and does blends beautifully. The photos are mid construction so not perfect yet.. the bonus is that the hand held is high-fired porcelain and a beautiful weight!. Cannot beat the good manufacturing and price. Competes well and hold up to high-end Florim Italian large format tiles. I'm so happy. Our showroom apt was burnt by arsonists so this is a difficult redo of the original design but happily at a substantially more reasonable price, and looks super! .

I am so pleased with this tub filler. I was nervous about not buying a big name faucet brand, but those were so much expensive. This was installed in new construction by a plumber, so I can't speak to installation difficulty but it did go smoothly. This filler is not very complicated and doesn't have that many parts. It fills the tub fairly quickly and the high flow rate was one reason I chose this one. It's a nice looking faucet too and appears sturdy, not cheap. Ok, the part I really like is the attached sprayer and using the water diverter. After a bath, it's so easy to spray down the tub, head cushion, mat or anything else in the tub. Also, I like to use bath bombs along with bubble bath. To get maximum bubbles when I fill the tub, I set the diverter so that half the water is coming from the faucet and the other half from the sprayer. The water coming from the sprayer creates a lot of bubbles. This is the way to go for a bubblebath!!!!

Because of the price of these, I did a lot of research before buying a stand alone faucet. I read hundreds of reviews, and although I spent a bit more on this one, simply because I had to order it from the states rather than Canada, it is well worth it. Mainly, I was looking for a good water flow, which this delivers amazingly and quietly, and easy installation as as my husband is just venturing out doing his own plumbing. Still, I had my doubts that he would get it working without some snafus, but, by golly, he did it the first time. After watching a few youtube installation videos, laying everything out, and slowly following directions, voila, it was done.I also love the shower head on this model, versus the streamlined showerhead on most. When you're holding it in your hand, and turn that knob for the shower head, it will give a little kick back in your hand, the water pressure is so good. Warning, watch where you're pointing it. I am so glad I did my research and would recommend this product anytime.

This is a perfect design and fit for our new bathroom. I spend hours and days doing research to find a well built freestanding faucet and shower. I am glad I did as this was perfectly made for us. My husband put it in and did indicate that this should only be used if you are able to install it to custom fit rather then an addition to. Once installed we both used it and was not disappointed. I do have one question though: is there an extension arm for the shower head? I would absolutely love to be able to raise it by a foot when I wanted to.

This thing fills the tub FAST. Like so fast that you shouldn't walk away while it is filling or you risk overfilling. So many of the other tub fillers take forever to fill, so this fast fill rate is reason enough for 5 stars. It is also really pretty and looks great with our free standing tub. Wand is long enough that it drips into the tub when put into its holster after using and not onto the floor. Cant speak about durability yet but it is heavy and seems solid.

Like the other reviewers said this is a well made, high quality faucet. The finish is beautiful and the valves operate smoothly and evenly. Great water flow. Plan to upgrade the mounting bolts if you’re mounting onto a tile or concrete floor- the ones provided are not sturdy enough given the length of the faucet. Also I wish the manufacturer would have provided a set screw or similar to help adjust the faucet body rotation with the brass floor mount. As it is, the body gets screwed into the brass floor mount and when it bottoms out, if you’re not rotationally aligned with the tub, it can’t be adjusted to suit. I ended up wrapping the threads of the body with Teflon tape and then inserted into the floor mount. That allowed me enough adjustability to align the faucet with the tub.

Update: I decided to go ahead and dry install is just to see how bad the mounts were. I first used the provided screws. With minimal pressure at the handle, the filler rocked back and forth and I could not get it right. I figured it was because with only 3 close-set holes in the brass floor bracket, the long filler acted as a fulcrum to pull up the screws. Next I used the stainless steel friction mounts, drilled a 6mm hole and dutifully beat them into the floor. Then I used an impact wrench to tighten the nuts till the steel butterflies in the floor were ultra tight and firm. After screwing the pillar back onto the brass bracket, I once again applied normal (not overly severe but not tender) pressure to the top. The mounts immediately came loose and the whole filler toppled over. Had this been a real install, I’d now be spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars to pull up a tub and surrounding tile to install a new filler. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this and wish I could get my money back. Like several other people have said, The mounts are so bad on this that my contractor wouldn’t even install it. He actually said he would have to exclude it from the warranty because every single time he has installed one of these it fell apart, causing water damage to the house. Unfortunately I’m past the return window so low I have $300 worth of trash.

Looks great, functions well, and was easy to install. I was building a bathroom new from scratch so I was able to place my rough plumbing exactly where it needed to be and at the level that it needed to be. So that made the final connections much easier for me. It is perfectly plumb and seem sturdy. The main reason we bought this one was because of how the hand held shower leans into the tub and keeps water from dripping onto the floor as all the others seem to do.

Nice bronze effects. Great quality. Shower arm has a nice long hose and shower head works very well. Recommended.

Customer service! I had some issues with this item, but no need to discuss that. I reached out to the seller, through the 'contact the seller' option, but got no response. Tried a few days later by direct email (there is an email address in the installation manual). Instant response. The seller is making good on the issues I have, and I expect to receive the necessary parts in the next few days. The product is certainly nice and solid; well made. That would get it a 4 star, without even installing it. That great customer service pushed my review to 5 stars!

We love this free standing faucet and shower, I was worried the water flow might be too slow as the bath is a big soaker tub and holds 90 gallons, but the flow rate is excellent, it won't take long to fill it up and it looks great 👍.

I need to get in touch with customer support and there doesn't seem to be any. There are black bits of rubber coming out of my tap that leave a residue all over the tub. They are 100% coming from in the tap. How do I get help? It says it is warrantied for life....we shall see

I wanted this faucet because of the high pressure rating. It was only available in gold which isn't my preference, but it actually looks quite nice and it's been easy to match with other hardware (sink faucet, towel holders, etc). It is very well made, great quality. The water pressure is fantastic! I actually have to turn it down to avoid crazy splashback. I'm also very impressed by the customer service I received. This product came with 30" flex hoses and we needed 36". It was easy to contact the seller through Amazon and they responded very quickly. They sent us the length of hose we needed at no charge, and we got them within a week. It was easy to install and I am so pleased with it! The only issue I've had is with the handheld shower. With the increased pressure, you can easily run VERY hot water and quickly heat up the metal parts. If you're not paying attention it's easy to touch the metal and burn your hand. We don't have children so it's not a big issue for us but I wouldn't recommend letting children use it for that reason. Overall I'm very pleased with this tub filler. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could.
