I DID NOT FIND THAT THESE STOPPED THE LOOSENING OFF PROBLEM AND IN THE END USED A SET OF THE OLD FASHIONED RUBBER CONES WITH WING NUTS AND STEEL WASHERS( ALL FOUND ON AMAZON) - NO MOVEMENT OF THE SEAT SINCE

What are the length and diameter of the bolts?

Not sure they were too narrow for replacement of my toilet seat and I bought a new seat with fittments for less than the price of replacement fittings.
