Cuts Like Butter with no Rip-out!
This is one beefy router bit! I needed a bit to do joining of stair treads to a bullnose on the end of the tread. They make these types of stair treads, but they are about double the price and I already had a few treads that did not have the bullnosed end. There are also a few that wrap around posts, etc, that needed some special fitting.I was worried that this bit would have a ton of rip-out and chipping, but I was pleasantly surprised that it cut into the bullnose like butter and exited just as cleanly.Be aware that this bit has a 1/2” shaft and will require the proper collet to use safely. Other than that, setup was a breeze.Since the cuts were so clean, it was easy to setup for the opposing pattern on the stair treads. You could easily see the exact corner to line up to.After the cuts were complete, it was pure joy when the two sides fit perfectly. Fellow woodworkers know the exact feeling. I’m not entirely sure that I need glue, this bit functioned so well… OK, maybe I’ll add a little glue.If you need a mating bit, this one is perfect.

Pretty good bit
I generally am afraid to buy bits from companies i dont know, but took a chance with five pears . The bit came very well packed and was sharp out of the box , now with such big bits there is no point buying a 1/4 inc collet so bought the 1/2 inch , ran it at speed 3 on the bosch router and got super clean cuts with a backer board ( you can use rail and stile jig for smaller boards ) with height adjustments and little shimming got a perfect ( almost) fit. Happy with the purchase

Shank broke
I only got about a week's worth of use out of it before the Shank broke.Apart from that it works really well and produces beautiful seams

Good finished product
It took me a while to get to use this bit, mainly because I wanted to build a router table to ensure my finger joints were accurate and even. Once I did that this breezed through teak and walnut and enabled attractive, strong, and ultimately made my neophyte woodworking look much higher-end than I might otherwise have been able to accomplish. Very happy with the product.

Could have been better.
I would have gave it a 5 Star but the bearing fits loose and at 23,000 RPM it causes a bad vibration. Cuts OK without bearing.
User
Good so far
I don’t expect these bits to be the greatest ones, but are only a fraction of the cost of the best ones and last me a long time so they’re usually worth it!

Can't use on 1 inch pieces, it is sharp and sturdy
It's sharp but this one can't be used on a 1" piece of material because it leaves a feather thin strip that just flakes off. Looks like it would work on a 3/4" piece. Easy to use, takes time to set up though. Joints I made did seem very strong.
User
Great product. Needs a bit of TLC and it works great.
Good quality carbide. Use lower RPM for this bit and lubricate the bearing with oil.
