For large format drawing racks, this thing is SOLID. Great sturdiness. Not cheap to the feel as I have experienced in the past. It doesn't wobble and the caster wheels exceed expectations. I have been a practicing Architect for nearly 25 years. Every office I have been in use these types of racks. They're usually cheap, rickety and wobbly and I was not looking forward to having to get one of these racks once I started my own firm 6 months ago. But, decided to break down and get one. I am very pleasantly surprised at the quality in this one. Along with the attention to detail they put in the finish paint coat. If I need another one, I'm coming back to this brand. I even love the color. It's not that typical, crappy, tan/brown/gray like all other racks out there.

My office has a a couple plan racks (from the other major company on amazon Brookside) and they work great. Unfortunately when we needed a couple more they were out of stock for 5-7 weeks. We didn't have that time so I ordered these. The difference is quality is immediately noticeable. Took twice as long to assemble because of cheap hardware that never sets quite right. One of the hangers was bent so that a clamp can't even stay in it. The spacers stick out about 1/2" from the back so you can't push the rack flush against a wall, some of the hangers came slightly rusted and finished differently, there are dings and chips in paint throughout... Functionally, sure (most of) the clamps hold plans. But they bow under the weight unlike the Brookside which holds firm. Plus getting them in an out of the hangers is a nightmare. On about 60% of them the clamp features are too big or too small, preventing clean install or releases. You have to spend about 30 seconds jiggling the dumb thing around before you can finally pop it out. Overall it is just not worth saving the $100. Pay the extra money and get a product that looks and functions significantly better.

This had a longer LEED time than anticipated when put together two of the arms are bent making it difficult to load a bracket onto. Disappointing .

Excellent product, assembly of the product was easy. The fit and finish was great, speedy delivery. I use primarily the 18" and 24" Adir sticks with my drawings, but absolutely no reason this wouldn't work equally as well with the larger drawings. Excellent value in my book!

The metal brackets that hold the plans were all broken or bent. Packaging was fine so I have to assume it was poorly assembled. I had to reweld a few of them as the welds broke while using.
