This is an adorable spice rack set. It is very sturdy. I like that you can use it in a drawer, hang it on the wall, or display it on the counter. All of the spices came sealed in packets. There is also a free spices for 5 years offer included with purchase. It is a great value for the money! It was easy to put together and the perfect size for putting in a drawer.

I LOVE these! I was worried about the reviews from people who got jars that wouldn’t close. I ordered two , and they all close. It must be luck of the draw and I got lucky. Since there are free returns, I gave them a try. They are such a great size and shape. I had intended them for inside a small pullouts drawer. But the wooden display rack is so nice, we may keep them out if we can find a place. They are not only a perfect size and shape and made of glass, but they also have the flip top so you can access your spices without unscrewing a lid first. You can also insert a teaspoon which I think is an important feature. These are what I would have designed if I was making my own. UPDATE: The lids are starting to pop up. It is the seals around the jars. I don’t want to give up on them. I am going to try and see if I can do something about them.

My husband is a chef and we were lacking a spice collection. I wanted to get something modern looking yet highly functional. After researching many very "cool" looking magnetic type screw jars, etc. I thought "well these look awesome, but how practical are they?" When you're cooking you don't want to have to take a jar down, unscrew it, possibly shake the entire contents into your stew and quickly re-screw as you stir your delectable dinner. When I found the Kamenstein 16-Cube Bamboo spice rack I though it was such a deal (because it comes with free spice refills for 5 years) and very functional. Regarding the spice refills, it is only on a few of the spices and it costs 1.99 shipping. It's easy to log onto the website they provide and enter your code to register.) Back to the rack...The cubes have handy plastic lids that have two sides which flip up, one for granulated and one to spoon. Perfect! It's also very cool because you can mount on wall, have in a drawer or it comes with a metal easel on the back to set up at an angle on countertop. We choose to mount ours on the wall. We actually stacked 2x2 creating a square of 64 spices (I've posted the photo). The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the lids which go on over a rubber gasket type seal, don't seal completely closed. Spices like onion powder and anything powdered with a little weight comes out from the sides a little bit. Not a big deal as it's not too much, but still a little flaw. It doesn't happen with larger spices that are crushed or whole. I also used my own name label stickers, as I needed spices that didn't come with kit. One a side note, one of the four sets I ordered had a few of the glass jars chipped on the bottom (probably from shipping even though it is pretty securely packed). I looked online for replacements but couldn't find any. I contacted the manufacturer and within a few days they had sent me two replacement jars. So props to the manufacturer for great follow up! All in all we're very happy and excited to use our new spices! FYI the spices that came with my kit were: crushed mint, basil, oregano, sea salt, marjoram, celery salt, herbs de provence, pizza seasoning, bay leaves (crushed), parsley, rosemary, italian seasoning, coriander, season salt, chives & fennel seed.

I love this- painted it to match the color of my backsplash and it blends in and looks great. I have just about 16 herbs/spices that I use regularly and this has been a great way to have them on the countertop and blending in. Will purchase again as a gift for my daughter. The lids do leak a little bit as other reviews have mentioned but that is not a big issue.

Another update: Due to the containers not closing fully- my spices have officially been infested by bugs :( Bugs are natural, but they never would have gotten in if the lids closed appropriately. Wish i never would have bought these. going to start over from scratch and buy something with solid lids. Updated review :( I've now had these for 8 months. Unfortunately these containers are not moisture tight! I live in a humid climate and after the summer, every single spice I put in these jars is ruined and unusable. So disappointed and such a waste because it ruined all the spices. If you live in a dryer climate it might be ok, but these failed me. So bummed about this! I am really happy with these! i ordered 2 to fit all my spices. A few recommendations for buyers: the included labels aren't very inclusive of most common household spices, although they do account for the included spices in the box. Another note. The lids are not super tight. They work and are good enough but can easily come off depending on the way you grab it. There are 2 openings- big mouth and sprinkle holes.... sprinkles are more generous than most other spice holders! All in all, a good purchase for me!

I really wanted to like this purchase, but it’s not all that great. The jars are easy to fill up, but the seal is terrible. My seasonings leak terribly. The glasses however do seem durable as I’ve dropped them a few times, but I may have to find a different use for them other than seasonings. There was no assemble required. I purchased to display and organize my most used seasonings and so I won’t have to reach in the cabinets as often.

These look great. I sprayed the unit white with spray paint and I ordered magnets with adhesives which I attached to the back of the jars and on the inside of the unit. I also ordered spice labels because I wanted to pick my own labels and spices, not have a preset labels from the company. It’s a perfect fit in my kitchen. I plan on ordering a second unit to install above the current one.

The spic rack looks beautiful on the site, but it is quite poor in reality. The wooden frame is very nice, but the jars are of a very low quality. Out of the 16 jars almost 14 of them have an issue with the covers/lids. The lids are made of cheap plastic and they don't close at all so there is no way you can keep the jars lying flat as the spices all fall out! I am extremely disappointed at how this product turned out. One, the jar covers are a cheap plastic black instead of the brown as shown in the ad and second, the quality is poor. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

I asked the company for new lids & they sent them out quickly. I love this rack & the look of it but the pouring side of the tops just don't close. The rack looks classy so I will keep it & I'll be gluing the pour side shut. The seals around the tops do leak a bit but you can change tops so the larger spices ,like peppercorns , are under the "more leaky" tops. I hope the company changes the lids and I might actually buy another set. I just used double sided tape to hold it in place against the wall as it is ceramic & I don't have space for the metal bracket set up . That being said,however, it still looks Great
