what are the dimensions? need to be able to fit a narrow hallway and make a turn in a small area.

Transport Cheir needs 24" Hallway. To turn 40" to 45" area minimum. Rolling Walker can be used 18" to full open 24" Hallway

Can you scoot around while seated?

Not too easily in large part because the front wheels are somewhat cumbersome, not turning easily. Also the larger front wheels bump into your heels when you are using the foot rests. I bought it assuming I'd be pushing like a rollator, but my smaller, more agile and lighter rollator is better. I think if you tried to scoot on it you'd be better off with a lighter vehicle.

Can the footrests be removed??

The little red push button screws into a bolt with a spring on it. Behind the red button is an other bolt that looks like it can be unscrewed to remove foot rest.

What is the shipping box dimension and weight? I am wondering if I check it in as a luggage in a flight...
