Dried up
Completely dried up . No liquid . Tossed it to trash and looking for a different brand. I’ve used this one a few times and it worked well but I did notice that it dries up quickly and doesn’t last long. But this last one I ordered , was dried up from the day of opening . I should have returned it but I had already trashed its container box .

This item can be really messy and when I put it on my bottom lashes I cannot tell it’s a little sticky for the price it is not a good item at all I would never order this again
