Great Peace of Mind for Vacations, Excellent Battery Life
I bought the Petbank Automatic Fish Feeder because we are going on vacation for two weeks, and I was worried about leaving my fish without someone to feed it. This feeder basically solved that concern and gave me peace of mind that I won’t come home to a dead pet. I tested it when it first arrived, then fully charged it. What really impressed me is the battery life. It has now been more than six weeks since that full charge, and I still haven’t needed to charge it again. So far, it has been reliable and easy to use. For anyone who travels or just wants a dependable way to make sure their fish gets fed when they’re away, this has been a very useful purchase.

Works well
This works as intended and the price is great. I filled to see how long it will last feeding my fish every 48 hours for when I go on vacation. It will last the two weeks for the fish i have easily. Everyone's milage will vary, the hard part is where to place and the movable cap to make sure the right amount of food is dispensed I feel changing between the two different caps I may break. Otherwise everything holding up well. Have two tanks bought a green and blue model. Love the fact usb c rechargeable.

Works good , poor instruction
As other people mentioned, the instructions are poorly explained. I had hard time figuring out how it works and almost returned it. The short answer is, yes it works well. There are two modes: 1. Feeding on a fixed scheduled time, and 2. Feeding in a fixed intervals. These two functions don’t work simultaneously (you need to choose either setting).

Perfect Solution for Vacation!
I've had this for several months now. It has worked every time. I have 3 goldfish in a container pond on my patio in Florida, and it has kept them fed for up to three weeks. The battery has never been fully drained, even with that much use, but I do charge it before use just to ensure a full charge. I did have to cobble together a protective shield to keep rain off of it. It's pretty easy to program , but the directions are not that helpful. There's plenty of food capacity for my fish - I use pellets so the humidity won't affect the food.

One-time use only
Used only once for a. 7-night vacation in 2023. Product sat for 3 years untouched and stored in its original box after returning from vacation. Fast forward 3 years, tried using it again, it would not charge or turn on. Waste of money for one-time use. Product was stored untouched for 3 years after initial use in 2023. Product was never dropped or abused in any way.

Good while the battery would take a charge, keep an eye on it
So had ours for bout 2 yrs and the battery has started having a degraded recharging ability. seems like now it'll hold a charge for maybe a week, unsure. Now it used to work great, and i'm unsure the proper expectation of the battery. For the price, considering this to be less of a 'forever' device and more of a temporary commodity may be the more applicable mindset. However, you can keep it plugged in so that is an alternative to the battery issue. ease of use: First time i had to reset the Time and feeding presets i had to dig out the manual, so may not be intuitive to everyone, but after a few times of that (due to battery failing charge) i got the hange of it. It isnt hard by any means, you just might not 'guess' how to do it without the manual your first couple of times. Its similar to working with our old digital watches, just got to know the button to hold down and what button to press next.. not a huge deal. you can set 4 preset feeding times or leave some of the presets "blank" to limit to just one or more feeding times. And there is a 'manual' button for an on-demand feeding. Food dispensing: its just about setting the door opening .. pretty straightforward but how much comes out will depend on the size & weight of food and how much you have the door open. its just comes out due to gravity. would be good to hit the manual button over an empty container and see how the food comes out so you can make adjustments while not impacting your tank. I believe Less food is preferable to too much. *there have been a couple of times when i hit Manual that the chamber did not do a full rotation (thus not feeding), i have not yet observed if this ever happens during the auto-feeds but may be something to watch for. summary we've had for nearly 2 yrs and have not lost any of our tank life due to food even with its recent battery issues or if it ever is failing to do a rotation. however we mainly have shrimp, snails with just a few fish and plenty of 'greenery' (healthy algae) that is also providing nutrition.

Good product
I bought two units for my two fish tanks (30 litres with about 25 danios in each tank). I connected the feeders to the power socket (not sure what is battery life per charge). The feeders kept my fishes alive for a month in my absence.

Sehr zufrieden
Bought this feeder twice. I love the timer. One for my tetras and one for my corydoras and shrimps. Also USB operated no need to change batteries. And it last very long
