Grab & go fuel
As someone who focuses on a healthy living, I was happy to discover Atlas Protein bars. They are great for me and for those, who are rushing through their mornings and don’t have time for breakfast. Just clean, delicious protein that keeps me moving. 20g of protein, 0g added sugar, feel like you’re doing something good for yourself. I liked that these protein bars don’t contain seed oils, no artificial ingredients, no sugar alcohols. They are sweetened with monk fruit, not stevia or sucralose, so there’s no aftertaste. I also liked its soft and chewy texture, not chalky or dry. Atlas protein bars are made with real ingredients like natural peanut butter and dark chocolate. I’d really recommend to try them, they can fuel you before your morning workouts or can be your midday snack.

Excellent pre-workout bar, taste grows on you.
At first they did not taste good because I was used to more sugar, also the texture was unexpected. But I felt really good after. I tried other protein bars but kept coming back to this one to start my day because I felt so good after eating it. After a week, I adjusted to the taste and texture, and they are now my favorite protein bar.

It's not a candy bar, and the ingredients are very clean
So right from the first bite, it took a moment to realize that I'm not eating a brownie or candy bar. I've had protein bars that are low in sugar but seem like a candy bar and because of all the artificial sweeteners tasted somewhat sweet so it was palatable. However this is not horrible if you put it in the right perspective. I don't know what kind of peanut butter people eat but I tend to eat all natural so there is no added sugar so that's probably why I'm okay with this bar. And if the results yields based on 20 g of protein that I'm hoping it will then it's going to be a five star review because I will come back and change my stars. It's supposed to be a meal supplement and while it doesn't have all the flavoring that everybody would like, it's not horrible on the texture is fine it's not too hard it's not too chewy. I travel often and I need something that I can grab and keep with me in case I don't have time to get breakfast or something else. Also I'm not able to get as much protein in my diet as I need so this would be a good supplement when I don't have time to make a protein shake. Give it a shot with an open mind I got the peanut butter but I may go back and try another flavor as well.

Very healthy alternative to the other bars on the market.
I'm an avid fitness and wellness advocate. I exercise 4-5 days per week and keep an eye on everything that I eat. I've been eating Atlas Peanut Butter Protein Bars as my go-to snack for post-workout fuel and for a healthy mid day snack, they're solid. They have 20 grams of clean, grass-fed whey protein and just 1 gram of sugar, they keep me full without the crash. The peanut butter flavor hits the spot. They have a rich peanut butter taste, with a hint of chocolate chips for fun. Texture-wise, it's chewy with a nice crunch, way better than those dry cardboard bars. Taste gets an 8/10. At this price, they're worth it for the quality.

Great ingredients and solid macros
Ingredients are everything to me and this company has nailed that category. Why eat a protein bar that’s really a candy bar in disguise..candy bar or actual protein bar am I right? I love how you can actually pronounce what you’re eating here. The macros are also spot on - the DV for protein is actually a complete count (20grams x 2 = 40% of your DV) and there’s only one gram of sugar hallelujah. Most protein bars with sugar alcohols bloat me but I’ve had no problem with these. I will say, they’re a little dry and aren’t overly flavorful but I’ll take the health benefits and a decent taste over (again) something that’s full of chemicals but tastes like straight candy. I either put them in the fridge and get a little bit of a perfect bar vibe or microwave for a hot second and get a quest vibe. Much chewier but they actually support my health goals which is #1.

Not the greatest tasting protein bar
I tried the Atlas peanut butter chocolate chip protein bar and compared it to another protein bar called Elevation, the flavor was also chocolate peanut butter. Elevation had 17g protein and 1g sugar & 13g fat. The ingredients of Elevation aren’t as healthy but it tastes great. Atlas has much better ingredients that are healthier, has a little less fat and more protein but lacks flavor. If Atlas had more peanut butter flavor I’d give it 5 starts. It’s good if you’re starving and there’s nothing else available. This was a one time purchase for me.

Best protein bar.
Atlas protein bars are the best, there is no Erythritol, sugar, maltitol or Dextrose in these, THAT is difficult to find. they really are "clean". you might be able to find some much more expensive bars with these qualities. but you will probably pay twice as much.taste is good, texture is good, there may be some oil separation, this is not an issue for me, and is normal, natural oils tend to separate (for example natural peanut butter).

They actually taste good!
As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for convenient, on-the-go protein snacks, but I end up wasting money on expensive, flavorless bars that feel like gritty chalk in my mouth.... ugh... 🥴 But Atlas protein bars are on another level! I can't believe I found a high-protein bar, with clean ingredients, that actually tastes good!!I received a box of the peanut butter chocolate chip bars, and I took them on a camping trip. With 20g of plant-based protein per bar, I had the sustained energy needed to hike through the bogs and fully enjoy our forest adventure. And the best part? I enjoyed what I was eating!Atlas protein bars are sweetened with monk fruit (which I love ❤️), instead of added sugar or sugar alcohols, so there is no energy crash or bad aftertaste. It's just a soft, chewy snack that helps fuel your day, while tasting like peanuts and chocolate!I will definitely be checking out additional Atlas flavors, and I will make sure I always have a box or two on hand during hiking/camping season. If you're looking to add some extra protein to your diet, be sure to try these high-quality, high-protein bars that actually taste good!
