Excellent piece of apparatus
Excellent piece of apparatus, especially good at hitting core though it's versatile enough to work other areas (e.g. triceps). It's well made and adds a level of diversity and explosion to my training.

Brutally brilliant
I purchased a 7kg and a 10kg. I love throwing them over my shoulders, slamming them to the floor etc. Wow, such a good workout (ouch!) So far all good. Surface material provides a good grip.

I have had mine for months and use it 5 days a week for my training regime it gets belted at the floor and wall, and has all of my weight pressed on it no cracks no splits and barely any scratches.

Slam ball
Purchased a 8kg slam ball. Good for excercises and I have a 4kg as well. Can do lots of excercises with these. Sit ups, swarts, etc. Would recommend.
