However, it’s important to use it only for a maximum of 3 days. If congestion continues beyond that, it’s better to consult a doctor rather than continue use. Delivery perfect. On time and as described. My husband has hands that do not always work due to spine surgery. This is the only nasal spray he operates easily. I can buy it locally but it goes out of stock. Rather than run all over I may stock up with a large order and be done. Convenience means a lot! Spray works well and helps with congestion.

What? I got 3 pumps for less than the regular price of 1 pump! I hadn't ever bought these decongestant pump types before because of the high price they wanted. They were individually boxed and the inner seal was among the best I've ever seen. I used it as instructed and I am very impressed with this product. The expiration date is June of 2027 so that is great, as well. This product is made in China, which had I known, I wouldn't have purchased, as I try to avoid foods and medicines made there for obvious reasons. I am trusting that this product is safe to use as intended, though I am wary, keeping that in mind and watching for any adverse reactions. (I have to be that way, because if they will poison dog food and continually send toys made with lead, etc., what else am I to believe?) It's been 2 hours since I used it, I am still here to write about it. 🙂

Works instantly. Opened up my nasal passages a little too well though, I think. Whatever was causing them to swell ended up getting into my lungs and my sinus infection turned into bronchitis overnight. It does say "Maximum Strength" and there is a warning same as Afrin for oxymetazoline that you shouldn't use this more than three days. This stuff is only for symptoms, so it will not fix whatever underlying issue you have, but it is STRONG as heck. There is a very unsettling smell like other reviews mention. It smells like something I shouldn't be inhaling, but I don't know what it is or if Afrin also have it. I bought the 3 pack thinking that it's gonna work like Flonase, but now I'm hesitant to use it too much for common stuffy nose due to allergy, so now I have way too many bottles and they will probably expire before I ever need to use them. I saw this same exact brand and item 0.05% oxymetazoline at Dollar Tree today so if you need just one, get it from there instead. You don't need 3 bottles unless you're using it a lot or have a bunch of people using it at the same time.

They work just as good as any other kind.
