Well done Vivarti. Thank you. Ps anyone buying this framed product remember to peel off the protection plastic seal both sides of the perspex before mounting the photo/picture.

The item was delayed, but this was due to the shipper, not the manufacturer. Yes, this is "just" a picture frame, and whilst the quality I thought was great for the price, I am sure that it compares very well to cheaper or other alternatives, but what makes the difference is that it's made in the UK, and the packaging and packing were excellent. The invoice was part of the shipping and clearly visible and made out, and there was 0 chance of any damage occurring... I know it sounds daft, but it was packed and shipped with care, and the product meets my needs 100%. I will definitely buy from Vivarti again, thank you!

The frame arrived a day later than expected and arrived broken luckily I have wood glue at home. I agree with some other reviews it does feel quite flimsy. Overall it does keep my poster nice so I’m not too mad at it.

I've got a few of these frames in different sizes and they're pretty good for the price. Framing is very expensive and you can't expect something amazing for a low price. These frames are fine if you don't want to hang anything too heavy and you aren't going to be moving it frequently. The smaller ones naturally have more rigidity, which I've used for framing certificates and photographs. The larger ones I've used to frame posters for the children because I loath having them stuck the wall. They are definitely less rigid and feel a bit flimsy, you have to handle them carefully. But once they're up on the wall they're fine. They come with a fixed attached to hang either portrait or landscape, and they use perspex not glass so they're safe for children and it makes the frame lighter. The frame definitely wouldn't be able to support glass.

Frame fine. All fine. Except the hook at the back!!! I couldn’t work out why the picture was lopsided. The hook isn’t centred!!!!! What’s the point of the frame if you can’t hang it?!!

Easy to peel covering but frame flimsy and one corner has come apart. Ordered two and the larger one was slightly bent. Delivery or quality of item? Not sure. Not that impressed so sadly cannot recommend.

. Accurate measurements, light in weight for easier hanging and styrene glass very clear once both sides of clingfilm removed. Depth of 15 mm was adequate for a picture/photo. Also adequate for the extra one layer of cardboard mounts and picture as bought at conventions. I did however have one convention picture with two layers of cardboard mount either side of picture and it just fit ( 18mm would have been more suited for two layers) My real problem with that one was the size was odd so had to cut mount with difficulty otherwise a made to measure frame would be necessary at £30.. Overall bought 6 frames of different sizes and thrilled with all.A very good price each too.

First frame came and sadly had been damaged in transit. The seller has first class customer service and responded quickly and a new frame was dispatched that arrived swiftly. The frame itself is not particularly sturdy but for a frame of this size you would usually have to pay significantly more if you wanted a solid wood frame.

Ho ricevuto la versione color noce al posto della nera. Anche le misure sono diverse: 38,5 x 30,8 cm; spessore 1,5 cm. La cornice è fissata bene, solida, non è di quelle che si smontano in mano appena si fa pressione. Resta comunque un prodotto di fascia economica: senza vetro e senza vero legno ("noce" è la fantasia della pellicola di rivestimento). Sul retro avrei preferito le clip al posto dei soliti chiodini, difficoltosi da aprire e facili da rompere.
