Does the toilet include the pressure-flushing plumbing (guts)?

Just need 2 buy seat $20-30 get white white amercan stand elogate, its nice easy 2 clea. Anchor, couple $s. 2 wax rings 1 with black funnel thing on it. That's it. All flushing guts sealed inside. Love it. Works great. Quiet & powerful.

Is this toilet a true Pressure Assist one with the closed inner tank that use the pressure of the water line for a powerfull flush ?

Yes, it has the closed inner tank and works wonderfully well. The previous toilet kept clogging, so I replaced it with this one and have not had to unclog or call the plumber once! We use this at a daycare with repeated use by the workers during the day - has worked wonderfully!

What is the height from the floor to the toilet bowl rim, not including toilet bowl seat ? Thank You !

I measure 16.5 inches, not including seat. I have two "American Standards" one power flush the other not. 16.5 is close for both.
