This device is great to have if you have car adapters you want to use in your own home. This one I used to power my car tire pump. My car tire pump at first would only work when plugged into my car and my car had to be turned on to allow it to have enough power to pump the tire. With this device, I was able to plug this directly into my wall plug and pump my tires. This does save me on needing to turn my car on as well as gas. It provides enough power to allow my car pump to work. This also does work with other devices that you may need to charge this device. I actually really enjoy having the option of being able to plug in my car devices and having them work in my regular house hold. This power adapter also has a good length to it so it also acts as a pretty nice extension allowing me a bit more flexibility on how far my device can go from the power outlet. The device fits any car cigarette lighter device. The device does get warm when it use but nothing alarming. It is pretty well built so there is no worry about cable fraying or plugs breaking. The plug in holds pretty well and takes a bit of effort to pull out. Overall this is a good device to have if you are looking for a device that allows you to use your car devices in your own home. You can plug pretty much anything into it from what I can tell and it works pretty well.

I first bought this item to power a tire infiltrator pump. It worked find the first three times! now it will not product the power required to run the pump. It still reads 13 volts but will not run the pump. I will use it with other items, but will not purchase it again.

I have a small fleet of stand up paddleboards (SUPs), and therefore also have a small collection of 12v SUP pumps for when we travel. Those pumps all have nozzle attachments for air mattresses, small inflatables, and one can convert for car tires as well. This adaptor gets a ton of use at home for when we need to use one of the SUP pumps inside. We've also been able to use it at campgrounds when plugging into an outlet was available for inflating boards, floats, tubes, etc. Would absolutely recommend.

Charges my computer and I don't think it could put out more giga watt volt amps whatever's for anything bigger.

This 121V AC to 12V DC (Car Cigarette Lighter Port) converter and power supply is a complete piece of junk. It quit within the first 30 seconds and never recovered. If it were still within the return window (regrettably, it is not) it would be on its way back to Amazon. It does not matter if the plugs fit (they do), how big it is (it's exactly the size you would expect), how much noise it makes (none, at this point), or how safe it appears if it does not work. I do not recommend this product and/or service.

I’m using this to power a little 12v bilge pump, activated every 1 1/2 hours for 5 minutes by a smart plug, 24/7, for a few weeks now. It seems to be working great! Our water meter vault is slowly filling with water. I called the city (like 4 times until I got someone helpful), turns out tree roots have slightly cracked our water line before the meter. They are trying to figure out how to repair it without cutting down the tree next to the street. No idea how long it will take them to figure out/get around to. I’m collecting the water from the vault via an improvised little pump station I made out of a 7 gallon bucket and buried next to the vault. Pumps into a series of rain barrels just inside our front hedges. I’m using the water to water the yard where we live. This little converter has been key! Hopefully the regular cycling on and off with the smart plug doesn’t damage it. We’re in southern CA so water is precious ❤️💦

Need to power a diesel heater for garage because I kill a jet ski battery and forget to unplugg it drained batter so low it won't charge. I hooked it up with Cigarette lighter adapter to heater work great blower work and unit puts out heat . Nice easy way to power heater for cheap way with out using car battery.

So far, so good. Ordered it one day and received it the next day. I'm using it to run my 12VDC LED fishing light from a dock that has a 110VAC Outlet with a GFI. When on the boat I just use alligator clips to a 12VDC battery and no converter - of course. I'll write another review, if something disappoints.
