Good choice
The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit expensive. However, I think they are worth the price if they can help me improve my health.

Psoriasis life saver
I am 32 and I get psoriasis on my scalp, nails, face, etc. Ive tried so many things from shampoos to topicals, even prescription topicals. Nothing seemed to work more than just dulling the redness.
