Logitech G Farm Simulator Heavy Equipment Bundle (2nd Generation), Steering Wheel Controller for Farm Simulation 2025 (and Previous Versions), Wheel, Pedals, Vehicle Side Panel Control Deck for PC

This product is high quality and very functional, but the price is a bit steep for what you get. For reference, I also have the Logitech/Saitek Flight Sim Switch Panel, which costs about 80 USD. This panel costs ~150 USD, a huge price difference. Now, this panel is better for convenience: instead of needing to interface with 3rd party software like the Switch Panel to use it for non-sim games, this panel by default uses standard key inputs (~30 new inputs total, listed as Button x) which makes it VERY easy to use for any game when setting keybinds. The Switch Panel, by comparison, needs a 3rd party software such as DCSFlightPanels to be used outside of plane sims, and even then, it can only emulate keystrokes, meaning it adds no extra keys to your computer to be used (i.e. it can only mimic standard keyboard buttons). As for physical quality, however, the Switch Panel takes the cake. For just about half as much money, you get far higher quality switches that feel much more premium and satisfying to use. The switches on this farming panel are more like standard, shallow buttons (albeit clicky/high quality) than actual switches that you would imagine in a heavy work vehicle. The addition of a joystick and the presence of far more buttons is a good advantage over the Switch Panel, but each button is less satisfying than Logitech's other switch panels. Overall, it's a good choice for sheer practicality - if you want more potential keybinds, with the addition of a high quality joystick, as well as a neat aesthetic, then this is a good choice. If you just want some satisfying, high quality switches to fiddle with or mimic key presses, look at getting Logitech's Flight Sim Switch Panel instead, as it's cheaper and better built. Recommended!

I use this controller to play Farming Simulator 19 and 22 on PC through Steam, and overall, it works very well. I don’t use it heavily, so I can’t fully speak on long-term durability, but I’ve owned it since November 2024 and everything still functions like new. I take good care of my equipment and used to store it in the original box between uses. I recently bought a stand for it, so now it stays set up all the time. I purchased this bundle on sale. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it at full price—after taxes it was a little over $200. There are likely higher-quality options if you’re paying regular price. The plastic does feel somewhat cheap, but because I only use it occasionally, it hasn’t been an issue. It typically gets used for about a week every few months, so it doesn’t see heavy wear and tear. Overall, I do recommend it, especially if you can get it on sale. Side note, when the game Sonic Generations was being configured, it actually read the steering wheel and side panel as an input device! I didn’t use it, but I thought it was funny that I could have had I wanted to.

First, this unit really enhances your farming sym experience once you get it working, but as I stated above the configuration process can be painful. Logitech does not provide any useful documentation on how to get this set up and the device is NOT supported by their gaming software. That said, you can at least test and confirm everything is working by right clicking on the driver and selecting properties. While there are a few buttons that work by default when connecting this to either a PC or a PS4(I have both) the default functionality leaves most buttons unused with the exception of the joy stick which does work on both gaming platforms out of the box and is a JOY to use when working with front loaders and the like. To get other buttons working you need to either go into the pre-game options menus or reconfigure the default key bindings in game. This needs to be done VERY carefully but once you get the hang of it is actually quite easy. Basically you have to go into the key binding section, then switch from keyboard to the controller option and then click on a default command that you want to rebind. After pressing enter or the A button on your controller a small box pops up. When this happens press the key you want to use on the side panel and move on to the next command and repeat. When you have finished be sure to save your binding changes. Note, be careful not to replace the default controller bindings as this will lead to big problems later. When you are editing the bindings after switching from keyboard to controller binding options, you should see at least two columns of commands. One column will have the default bindings and the other can be used to bind an alternative on your side panel or actually any other device that is configured. One last comment I have tested this unit on both platforms using both a Logitech G25, a G29 and a G929 and all three worked just fine, but have to admit I liked the G25 the most because of the extra 6 buttons on the wheel but basically all have the same feel in game. It is worth mentioning that while FS19 supports wheels, it does not provide any in-game force feedback, so the wheels are basically in their default state. Also if you have shifters as I do they are not supported by default in the game but there are mods that add support if you take the time to edit the bindings again. Last, while I do like this unit once it was configured correctly, I will mention that it is not very well made and does not have the same level of quality as other Logitech products. That said it does work well enough if you are willing to put up with manually rebinding all 28 of its keys(leave the joy stick bindings alone!!!)

Well... Since I'm the first guy reviewing a product (even tho this one isn't really new), I'll try to be as descriptive as I can with pictures to help as well. The store pictures don't do it justice. It looks like 'cheap' plastic buy Logitech has done a good job in making it really solid. Nice strong, plastic doesn't give with force. The buttons are single press, the green and blue are also press switches, which is somewhat dissapionting given the intended look but the bigger surface area is quite nice. The colored plastic (buttons) can move slightly but for the most part, stay in place. 0 chance of them coming loose. All buttons function the same way. The wheel bottom left is a giant scroll wheel. It also can be clicked. The Click is VERY sensitive. You have to move the wheel with Care otherwise you'll click it while flicking it. Finally the last 2 button on the, more or less, micro stick/flightstick/what-have-you. Red button is a button. Grey is an on/off switch for the joystick. The clamp, despite being all plastic, is extremely good. Nice and beefy. 4 rubber pads on top and one of the bottom pad. Tighten until snug and it won't move for nothing. Cable is medium length, about 2 arm's length, USB 2.0. For Logitech gaming hub support. I can't seem to get it to work. When plugged in, windows will recognize it as 'saitek', even tho they have been bought by Logitech ages ago. Games like Elite Dangerous and Euro/American Truck Sim will recognize it and allow you to bind everything to pretty much anything. I'm a bit sad Hub Isnt working, wanted to convert the thing to a macro hub, but for working out the box, solid clamp and exterior, and a joystick, it's a nice way to quickly add some extra bindings to a game.

Super easy to get up and going. Great price, especially when theres a sale.😏 I have a sim racing issue and play racing games on my moza r5, and used that for farm sim for a bit. I wanted something more real feal to a tractor and this was just that. Main issue im having is to bind all of the buttons when playing games like FS25 or FS22 as well as the joystick🕹. Made extremely cheap steering feels loose. The automatic centering is done by rubber band, but the rubber band does not have enough spring to give good resistance. Steering wheel needs better mounting as it can wobble in its mount Clamps don’t tighten enough. Had to use Books to thicken my steering mount just to get it to grab on even after fully tightening, the steer wheel will still slide around. Button box is good, but needs to be remapped as the standard mapping of the buttons are not the most common used actions petals are firm, but cheap feels like easy to break and if using a simulator set up no way to permit mount the pedals to the base even on carpet pedals still slide Connector from pedals to steering wheel is in a poor position as it’s near your leg and easy to break Would not recommend for hard-core players

If you spend hours in Farming Simulator, this bundle is a total game-changer. The 900-degree wheel makes maneuvering tractors feel authentic, and the side panel is worth the price alone—having all those programmable buttons makes managing attachments so much faster than using a keyboard. It really takes the immersion to the next level.

I bought this product because it's advertised to work for PS4. I received ONLY the side panel, no steering wheel or pedals. Though maybe the other boxes were lost, but looking online realized most people who received this bundle received everything in one box. Amazon was decent about refunding me some money and I ordered a different wheel and pedal. Once they arrived, I plugged everything in and the side panel doesn't work. Thought it was because I had an original PS4, went and bought a PS4 PRO as that's what I've seen people using online, still didn't work. Tried it on my PC, doesn't work there either. The side panel has a light on the joystick that is illuminated when I plug it into the USB port, and I can cycle that button and the light goes from red to blue, but none of the functions work. I've looked at a lot of videos and it seems everyone has a plug and play controller out of the box, but mine doesn't work at all. Very disappointed, the description indicates an entire bundle, and for the price, it should be. But receiving 1/3 of the bundle and having it not work is really infuriating. I literally bought a whole new console thinking that was the issue, but it's not. Overall, lots of money spent so far, and I'm still playing the exact same way as I was before I dropped over $600 for all this stuff.

It works well with both pc and ps4. Looks flimsy but it's actually pretty robust. Only dislike is how much the opening for the mount is. It could have been a little larger to accommodate thicker tables.

Purchased this a few weeks ago. If you have a wheel and pedal set already, this makes farm sim and even truck sims so much better! I purchased a wheel set from Amazon over the summer and thought I would love to play farm sim and ats with it, but between the 2 there are just too many buttons for just a wheel. So I figured I would give this a shot. I wasn’t disappointed for the most part. The set up is basically plug and play, then you just bind the buttons the way you want them. So I would suggest to take your time and do it the way you want it to be done. The faults I have found so far: The clamp for mounting this to your desk is a little on the small side. It might be 2 inches wide, my desk is on the thicker side and I had a hard time to get the clamp around my desk. Rubber feet seem good and hold the side panel in place well. Another thing is the green and blue “toggle” switches are just buttons. No toggles, I don’t know why they made them look that way and not be activated like the way they look?? Overall great product, it’s lightweight and works as it should.

I ordered this unit for FS22 and wow! It was already pre loaded options in game for controls, made the game even better to play. The screw mount for my desk holds strong. I was surprised on the quality. I don’t regret buying this at all!!
