Where can i find the cover holders? nothing on the select brand website.

Mine came with the holders as well. (I didn't know how to use them until I read the directions!)

Can you cook in this "slow cooker" like let's say beef stew? or is it just for keeping food warm? any owner out there with real information. Tnxs!!

You could use it as a regular slow cooker, but it may be harder to control the true temperature. I use mine mainly for heating things that will be eaten soon, such as vegetables, or just as a warmer for other items. It's very handy for the holiday's!

Doesn't spoon rest hole causes a heat loss problem? Used crock pots for decades; complet lid seal is important for this type of cooking... right?

I haven’t noticed much heat loss at all and I entertain a lot. Also a helpful tip is to put a small plate in front of each section with the spoons on top
