Just got one of the last 60-piece sets this week, but several sticks appear used and colors are clearly not in "order," is this typical?

Hi, I just bought the same set and the pastels are not in order to the photo either, however, i do not show that they were used. The foam on top of the pastels show no marks except the reversed side where the foam laid on of the pastels. The pastels do not show that the edges were used. All colors are there.
