Sizing: I am 5’ 4” and 153 lbs. My waist is 30”, the widest part of my hips measure 41”. That being said, I went with the waist measurement that was listed and bought myself a S/M. It fits like a glove. Putting it on: Yes, it’s hard to put on. I’ve figured out the best way to get it on is to pretend you’re a toddler and your mom is getting you dressed. Put your head completely in first. Then your right arm. Then get as much as your left arm in as you can before using your right hand to grab your left wrist and pull. Good luck. Getting it off is a whole new challenge. Does it work: This isn’t a miracle weight loss tool. It’s designed to make you sweat, and it definitely does it’s job. On an intellectual level: it makes you sweat. It heats up your core, which in turn has your heart working harder. Be sure your endurance is ready for this because it’ll definitely make your workouts tougher. Are you burning more calories? Probably. Are you burning fat? Well, yeah, if you’re working out. But the shirt is mainly helping you lose water weight. On an emotional level: Seeing all that sweat just leaking off the clothes and your body is disgusting. But also really satisfying after a good workout? I took a before and after photo of myself and no one is going to see a difference. BUT I saw the slightest difference and in the end, that was such a confidence booster and isn’t that really what it’s all about? The next morning when I stepped on the scale, there was a larger than normal dip. I know it’s water weight and it’ll just come back, but like I said. Confidence booster.

OOOOKKAAAYYY!!! I am sooooooo impressed with this sauna tank, and pants. It doesn’t slip or slide, it all stays in place AND the tank top has coverage for the overflow fluff around the armpits! And, holy cow the SWEAT!!!! I didn’t get overheated at all, and I lost a ton of sweat. I am huge on reading reviews before purchasing so, if there are any negative ones for this product IGNORE THEM!

Fits tightly, but I think that will be good with weight loss.

Make sweating very well

I have been wearing products "like" this for years. But I've NEVER worn a product like this!!! I have worn the neoprene belts with velcro that you can ajust and tummy slimmers that you pull up. I am so happy with this particular product because; it does more then they all ever did! The velcro belts leave marks and lines on your stomach and bulky under clothes. Not to mention that they only cover the waist area. This tank top style does the job SO much better. Not only is it thinner and almost undetectable under your clothes. It helps every area a woman worries about; upper back(back fat), lower back, upper abdominals, the dreaded middle pooch we all hate, the lower abdominals too! It also goes to your bikini line and it doesn't roll or bunch. It's simply, simple. It's comfortable. It covers all your problem areas, it's thin but very effective. It gives the "girls" a lift too. It doesn't smell. It doesn't roll. It's effective for wearing everyday. Works great with sweat creams. Did I mention it is long and covers ALL your upper body problem areas AND doesn't roll up when you sit down!!! Great for us longer torso gals. I've never worn a product that felt this comfortable. I forgot I even had it on. So it makes an incredibly useful undergarment, everyday shaper. But it's so effective. Within minutes I felt he sweat. Best product I've bought by far! I'm 5 foot 9, 170lbs and I got the L/XL. It fits perfect; not too tight or loose. I definitely reccomend putting it on like pants then pulling it up to your waist and putting your arms through. I habd washed it when I used sweat creams, it rinsed easy and dried quick. You won't regret getting it.

UPDATE/EDIT: I have had this for less than a week, and the seams are coming undone. Granted, the internal material is an odd one, but it should have lasted longer. I'll be attempting to stitch it with stronger thread. Wish me luck. I was extremely skeptical of this product. I have tried others in the past that like to ride up, and make me feel extremely uncomfortable all day. But this, this is fantastic. It has the silicone liner around the edges to keep it in place, and boy does it work! It also helps produce sweat as it should, but it's not like other ones that make you cold once you start sweating because you're essentially just sitting in your excessive sweat; It has some light insulation to it. Ladies, if you are curvy, and generally wear an XL, get the XXL-XXXL. I say this because the first time you wear it, it will be hard to get on and adjusted to your body, and not only that but it's not meant to be loose on your body- you want it to fit like a glove. If i would have ordered the XL, I would have had a hard time breathing for sure. But once you have "broken it in", the times after that are smooth getting it reacquainted with your curves. I hand-washed mine in cold water after the first day, and it fit so much better the next day. And just trust me when I say PUT THIS ON BEFORE YOUR UNDERWEAR. You will see why I say that once you put it on- the bottom will go over your pooch and end up sitting at your panty-line. Another thing to add: When I took this off, my abs hurt like I had just done 100 curl-ups, but all I did was work my manager job running around my store. Overall, I am very impressed and will be getting another one very soon. If you're skeptical, I get it. BUT you won't be disappointed if you give it a chance!

War für mich etwas zu groß, aber das liegt daran, dass ich eine große Oberweite und einen dünnen Bauch habe. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich ordentlich in dem Ding geschwitzt. Super, würde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

I decided to wear it under a loose waist trainer and all I did was some short exercises and danced most of the night for fun and OMG when I went to take it off it was like a flush of water pouring out I was really shocked. I really now wish I got a smaller size. It really does what it says just make sure you build up the right temperature on your body. LOVE IT!
