Perfect. My wife's Equinox has a weird filter housing. This worked great.

This fit perfectly for my 2013 equinox 2.4L oil filter cap removal. I did need to buy a 3/8" swivel drive to insert into this piece, but with limited space I was able to easily remove the oil filter cap. No more overcharging for oil & filter changes at the local chevy dealership. They add $22 just for shop supplies, environmental fee, disposal fee etc. Changing oil on these is a breeze!!!

Very good product makes my job easier

Cheaply made, but I bought it to remove/replace the plastic oil filter cover on my VW. Worked perfectly there, but not sure how it would hold up to a moderately torqued metal bolt.

I received my oil filter socket today! To my surprise a note inside the socket from the manufacturer, stating if you don't like it, contact the Quality Control Supervision Department - with a web site address. A company who believes in Customer Service, unheard of in this day an age. The product far exceeds my expectation, and I shall return to purchase the varying sizes offered by this company. If you order from any other manufacture, it is your own fault. This company produces a High Quality product, that I feel far exceeds competitor pricing and quality that is advertised up to 500% over this product price. Nice GM engine in the early Slingshots. Need this socket to remove the oil filter. Just no enough room for much else. It also fits the oil filter of the cars with that engine.

Shattered into pieces the first time I used it. For the same price, you can go get a much higher quality socket at your local hardware store
