Although certain other buyers claimed this doesn't fit the Dell E6430, they're mistaken.
It will fit, assuming you pay attention to what features your laptop has and make sure you're buying the correct replacement part. The E6430 came with either an "Integrated GPU" or video chip and one with a "Discrete GPU". This heatsink cooling fan fits the E6430's with the "Integrated GPU".

They do not fit the 6430.
I ordered 4 of these for 4 different Latitude 6430. I tried every combination in case it was a series or updated version. Not one mounting hole matches, there is a missing section for one of the places to apply the thermal paste for the heatsink. Such a disappointment waiting a week for these.

This was was easy to install and runs silently.
This was a replacement fan for my daughter's computer. The old fan was loud and quite distracting when running. This fan was easy to install and worked right away. It worked silently, completely eliminating the annoying blower sound.
