Lack adhesive
I’ve always had Otterbox screen protector, but this one have been previously used and returned. I’ve placed it on my phone, but it’s not sticking. I want it changed.

breaks too easily
i have an otterbox defender XT case and i enjoy their cases and they protect well, but this screen protector the alignment wasnt aligned properly it was just slightly off and the next morning it broke when my phone fell on the tip of a charging table

Very small/ installation method is very bad
Wrong screen protector inside box / very small.Very bad installation method that doesn't work.Expensive compared to ESR which I was able to install perfectly.
