Not difficult to install, YouTube videos showed me how. It's been a few weeks now and the battery is holding its charge as I would expect. Time will tel, but so far, so good.

Well visibly you can’t tell much about quality. I have not had this almost a year and it performs as well as I expected if not a little better worked great with the laptop that I bought it for.

This was for a Dell XPS 13 laptop that is at least 6-7 years old and it is used for mostly internet surfing. I picked this based on other reviews and so far all is good. I get about 5 hours of continuous use. I can't recall if original provided the same, but for the last few years it only worked when plugged in. It was easy to swap out and all tools are included. I have been using it for about 2 weeks.

I purchased this battery and it went bad while under warranty. The warranty was honored and it was replaced, but after a couple months the replacement battery went bad and would not even hold a charge for 3 minutes after I disconnected the charger.
