once the item received, I was very much satisfied with it as my mother-in-law got good back support while seated. Earlier the caretaker had to hold her with one hand and then feed with other, but now even she can also relax while feeding her. Only thing is that it is too broad so we have to place her to one side and keep pillow on the other side for support.

Using it for 2 months. Most useful for eating and watching TV on bed. Easy to setup or fold it and push under the bed. Highly recommended

The product is comfortable and easy to use and adjust as per the height required.The only drawback is the seat is slippery and makes bit difficult for the elderly people to sit.
