Review: Very Nice Sharp Cheddar - This is a true sharp well-aged cheddar. It's a plus that it's non-gmo milk from grass-fed cows. It isn't cheap but it's also imported from the opposite end of the world; so, that's reasonable. If I had to compare this with another grocery store cheese of the same calibur, I'd say it's on par with Kerry Gold. It is sharper than KG but the flavor profile isn't quite as full-bodied as the various KG cheddars. Both brands are wonderful in their own way. I think this is a wonderful cheese for people who really want a true extra sharp cheddar. Let me add that the texture is nice and flaky as cheddar should be but also smooth and easy to cut/serve. Actually, I think the texture is really perfect for an aged cheddar. I recommend you buy it and feel confident most people will love this cheese.

This is a true sharp well-aged cheddar. It's a plus that it's non-gmo milk from grass-fed cows. It isn't cheap but it's also imported from the opposite end of the world; so, that's reasonable.
