Review: Great Customer Service! - I have had the Vibra Tector 730 for around 10 years and just bought the 740 for my son. These are indestructible. Also, I was having an issue and called the company direct. Michael called me back immediately (on a Sunday!) and helped diagnose the problem. It turns out, there was interference from a local transformer and had nothing to do with the detector being faulty. I can’t recommend this product or company enough. Easy to use, lightweight, and easy to transport in my beach bag. The only negative is that if it shifts and ends up straight up it can turn itself on and off in your bag. That is not a big deal, but something to be mindful of.
