BEP 2 Position SPST Off/On Push Pull Switch

I installed this switch on my jon boat which I use in salt water. This boat is mostly open and affords minimal protection from the elements. The switch internals are well sealed and the shaft and knob are corrosion resistant and suitable for occasional salt water spray. I have used identical switches on previous boats and they have always worked well over the long term.

Have a week with the switch and it seems more durable than other switches I have bought before

I installed this as a replacement switch on my boat, and the quality is excellent. The "push-pull" action feels very positive and sturdy, not flimsy like some plastic alternatives. Most importantly, the water resistance is top-notch—it has held up perfectly against salt spray and wash-downs. If you need a reliable SPST switch for a wet environment, this is a great choice.

Bought on years ago from a surplus outlet. Was Happy to find them again on here. Both Tractors received these for headlights. I will be installing them for the Garden Tractors also.

Noisy and not as shiny as the picture shows. I might be nitpicking a little. But I was planning on using this switch for a classic car interior switch. Even with the hardware firmly secured, the internals of the switch rattle. It will be magnified and drive me nuts if I install it in the car. Im a car mechanic by trade. This switch is loud! It also looks like it is has been dinged up from years of usage, even though i was clearly shipped a brand new part. I can buy something better for $5. Maybe I can find a spot for it in the trunk or something.
