**Q: Why can't i turn the volume down on this ?.**
A: You can't, if you have a Samsung device you need to download firmware that the company emails to you when you highlight the issue unfortunately, as a known problem you thought they would have resolved or actually highlighted this issue. I would suggest that if you have a Samsung device that you seek an alternative.

**Q: does this work via bluetooth on Mac?**
A: Yes! Works perfect with my iMac and my iPhone 11 too!

**Q: Will it work with my Motorola mobile phone**
A: I think as long as you have Bluetooth on your phone it should work.

**Q: What is the output and why aren't the sellers giving the information**
A: I do not know the output and why the manufacturer didn't specify.  For this size and this price, the sound quality is pretty amazing.

I’m genuinely impressed with this little EWA A106 Pro speaker. For its size, the sound quality is excellent and far exceeded my expectations. The speaker is very compact, but don’t let that fool you — it’s surprisingly loud and clear, with strong volume and a punchy bass thanks to the custom bass radiator. The sound is well balanced, with clear vocals and no distortion even at higher volumes. It easily fills a small room and works great outdoors too. One of the standout features is how portable it is. The included travel case is a great touch and makes it perfect for throwing in a bag for trips, bike rides, or days out.
