Device was very easy to get working; a short (approx 10cm), hard-wired USB 3.0 cable provides enough power for the unit to run and after a few seconds it showed up as expected in Windows 11. There is an option to connect a Micro USB cable to supply additional power should you only have USB 2.0 options. At the time of writing, I haven't run any speed tests on it or tried writing to a DVD/CD, but it took approx 10min to rip a 50min audio CD. For the price, I'm happy with it's performance & it's nice and compact so can easily stashed away when not in use.
