It's nothing but a self adhesive patch that goes over your spackled wall to make it look like orange peel texture. It is beautiful to have nice smooth walls, but when you have teen,s the orange peel wall texture hides a multitude of "oops" dents and holes. Most recently I repaired a mistake made by the electrician. First I spackled the hole he left, then painted it to eliminate it being porous. Then I picked out the right sized ready made patch to fit the area and just stuck it on!! How simple is that! Repaint the wall color and you won't be able to tell the difference. I can't understand why Home Depot quit carrying this product in their store. That's where I picked it up about 10 years ago. I have been looking for it ever since. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. It's inexpensive, and so much easier to use than the hit and miss spray cans of texture.
