I do know that American Dental Craft contacted me immediately to let me know my impressions were not deep enough and they were sending new materials for me to redo. I got it in 2 days, redid my impressions and resent. They emailed me when they received then again, when they shipped my night guard. I am very impressed with their followup and customer service. I can't imagine that they would not work with you until they got it right!! I should get my guard Monday, so I don't even know how it will fit but my daughter got hers and said it's so comfortable and really works well. I am singing their praises and I haven't even gotten mine back. **Q: Would it be an issue, if I order this but wait until my dental work is finished to send in the mold to the lab? The work may take 8 weeks.** A: I ordered this a year ago and just recently got around to doing it. My putty had basically dried up but I emailed them and she sent me another set quickly. So probably would be ok to wait. **Q: This item delivers in Canada, but can the molds and finished product be send postage paid to and from Canada?** A: This product is for the US markets. I can see why!My kit arrived on time, and my dentist helped me with the first impression. I filled out the paperwork and put the mold in my home mailbox to be sent out the next morning. Unfortunately, the package was gone before the mail carrier came, so someone other than USPS took the package, and likely threw it away after opening it and seeing the contents. I contacted the company by email to ask if I could send a new mold in general packaging with the correct serial information, figuring I could just use the second molding set to make a new impression. Their staff reached out to me, in less than 30 minutes of me sending them a message! They offered to send out a whole new kit replacement with the same serial information, and sent it out the next business day. They also helped me with the new impression by checking pictures of the molds. I made sure time it mailed safely, and they gave confirmation when it was received. The final guard came back very quickly, and it fit very well.The material is a semi-thin harder plastic, which feels more durable than the cheap over the counter types. I must stress the importance of daily cleaning as recommended, or else you may find residue or discoloration occurring from bacteria buildup. Denture cleaning tablets work pretty well, alongside gently brushing with a separate toothbrush.Overall, 5 stars for great customer service. Their staff is very communicative and patient. The product seems to be good quality, compared to other more expensive mouth guards. The delivery was also fairly quick from my experience. The specialist who diagnosed me said that I needed a dental guard immediately due to the symptoms I was having (I was clenching my jaw so hard in my sleep that it was building up air pressure in my skull, which was causing my eyeballs to move off balance). She said that the cheap mouth guards at the store were only for temporary use and most are not recommended for TMJ. I was struggling financially at the time and could not pay the steep $500 plus dollars to get a mouth guard from a dentist. I decided to do some online research and I found American DentalCraft. Their price was a bit higher than a couple of other options, but they had the best reviews, so I gave them a shot. I am very glad I did! American DentalCraft shipped my order to me very fast and processed everything in just a little over a week.I like that they have different levels of hardness for their mouth guards. If my mouth guard is "too noticeable," I can't sleep. American DentalCraft makes really high quality, thin dental guards that are really easy to wear and easy to clean. They provided me with a really nice case that is also high quality. I was also impressed by their customer service. American DentalCraft gives you easy instructions on how to get your order processed and they make it really easy to fix mistakes during the process. I like this dental guard particularly because it's not too hard but not too soft.I recently purchased more dental guards because eventually, I did break through the first one I bought.
