Great Christmas present for 60 days. Makes incredible espresso. Then its impossible to service. You need a M.E. in engineering. No local service. You have to mail it to PA to get help. If you are a mechanic, you are ok. Otherwise, its a black elephant on my kitchen counter. Sadly, worthless.
