I am a woman size 9 and I would’ve liked it to cover a little bit more around my ankle . After putting ice pack in the freezer it comes out nice & cold but still easily is ready to mold to your foot which is awesome and something you can’t always achieve with a bag of frozen peas. However, the sleeve it fits into she could be sewn better. After having Achilles tendon surgery and having to ice my foot three times or more a day, I find that the seams are already coming loose and I’m going to have to re-see it after taking the ice pack in and out so many times in the last two months. The Velcro bands themselves however are great and the design is very smart. If you read the directions, you will find the best way to wrap your ankle depending on your injury and I’m glad I read it because I didn’t wrap my ankle up correctly the first time. Overall great for getting the job done and the swelling down.
