A: shelf life off sbout 18 months

**Q: Is the trs ground rice gluten free or not . ?**
A: Yes, it's just pure ground five and states naturally gf on the package.

**Q: Can this be used to coat fresh fish before battering and deep frying?**
A: I don't see why not it is just another type of starchy flour, it can't harm to try it. Personally I add some to a crumble mix for a slightly crisper texture.
