**Q: The hose on my Porter/Cable pancake air compressor doesn't fit with the hose on the air eraser.  What do I need to buy to  make this work?**
A: I attach my Paasche hose directly to the air compressor.  Keeping it at or under 40 psi seems to work for me.  I also use a quick "disconnect" for the airbrush-hose connection. Refer to owners manual, which i believe quotes a higher psi...around 60 or 65.  Again, good luck.

Its a pretty typical 1/8" hose, can probably even find one at harbor freight. I use the eraser with my larger compressor that has a water trap. Depending on your situation you may find a cheaper alternative then the original hose.

**Q: I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried collecting the cutting compound, screening it and reusing it? If so, how fine is the screen you use?**
A: I do Glass etching. In Order to conserve my compound, I purchased a sandblasting cabinet from Harbor Freight for about $100 plus a magnetic light to put inside, taped off the draining hole in the bottom and reclaim the compound by using a small Stanley shop vac, or you can just scoop it out.
