A: No, But I pulled the number off the back and plugged it in to my search and that is how I found the one I needed.

A: We have two and they have been working flawlessly.  I checked carefully inside and out and there is no indication where manufactured.

**Q: will this work with hyperikon ceiling fans?**
A: Compare the dip switches on yours and the one you want to buy. They must have the same configuration.

**Q: I no longer have the original remote. How do I set the dip switches?**
A: If the remote does not work in the default “all up” position, then the only way is to remove the fan and check the dip switch positions on the remote box inside. Both units should match. Change the remote to match the fan.
