All the connectors that come with the kit are quick disconnet and work with a variety of bladders. However, I do have one gripe that could potentially turn others off. You CAN get flow coming through by sucking on the valve, but it does take quite a bit of force to overcome the spring in the one way valve. I dont have any major concerns with the bulb. Yes, it does take a couple seconds for the bulb to return to shape, but I wouldnt expect to be wanting to carrying multiple liters of water on my back.
