It could be more robust as anything could be but the case does not at all feel or look cheap on its own. There is an obvious difference. The barn doors feel appropriately sturdy for the product they are built for. The gel inserts are stiff and quality plastic. The snoot is a kind of rubber which surprised me since I thought it would be metal. The magnetic attraction is quite strong and some of the accessories are difficult to remove from each other.The bounce card literally feels like the same one from the profoto A1 kit.The honeycomb grid is also a robust plastic. The case is also well …sturdy and rigid.Functionality:I’m guessing the kit doesn't come with blue gels because most light is warmer than strobe but it would be useful for lighting effects.The accessories are definitely all useful for off camera flash but I was hoping the snoot was a little more narrow.Value for money:I think considering the cost this kit could be at the $50 I paid is a good cost for the added functionality this give to the speed lites I bought it for.If you believe these items would be useful to you then there is little reason not to buy these except for perhaps these all being small. The build quality feels as good as you can expect.
