The item came folded, so there where wrinkles to remove with a spray bottle and a few hours in the sun, the product itself is well made, quite thick backing pad, and more than fit my Mini Cooper (Gen1) headliner backboard. I glued the fabric onto the board while outside of the vehicle, once dried I then I used a soldering iron to do all of the inner cuts for things like sunroofs, visor mounts, and a hobby blade for the outside edges. The fabric is quality, and would use again whenever I need to do a headliner job. The 96" x 60" was more than enough to cover and fold 1/2" over the entire headliner backboard, and all cutouts. The material is soft to the touch, and fixed what was previously a horridly disintegrating factory material that was 20 years old. Best $50 I've spent on my 2006 Mini Cooper.
