Review: Great basic shoe for swing dancing - I got these for lindy hop/swing dancing and they are very comfortable. I chose these instead of the classic keds since these looked like they have better cushioning and support. They do run a little long and narrow. I usually wear 7-7.5, I went with a 7 based on other reviews and they fit comfortably, but slightly long. (Amateur dancer using these with adhesive suede soles - so far I’ve worn them for 5 or so dance sessions, no complaints. We’ll see how long the soles hold out)

They're actually canvas, no suede at all, not even a little bit of suede trim. That's okay, I wanted a sneaker that would be breathable and canvas fits the bill. I normally wear a size 9, and that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly and are comfortable and attractive. I ordered the navy, and it's a very dark navy that will go with just about anything.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great basic shoe for swing dancing

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit narrow

I usually wear a size 8 in sneakers but the sizes and color choices on this keds were limited so the 8.5 seemed the better way to go to avoid them being too narrow or short. I am glad I did. The material and sturdiness is good for a casual wear. I just did not get the color I would have preferred although the grey is neutral.
