They were in stock, had free shipping, were eligible for return, and arrived quickly.- The stools were as described and the color was perfect. They arrived well-packed (thankfully without styrofoam), were easy to put together, looked great, and felt great. The swivel and up-and-down motion are smooth and feel solid on the floor.- One of the bases had pretty deep scratches and did not sit steady, so it did not feel safe. I reached out to the company, and they responded right away. They asked if I would send photos of the damages and within a week or so I received two brand new bases! OUTSTANDING all around.
