**Q: Is the fish in this product responsibly caught and mercury free?**
A: This is not a ridiculous question, this is a very good question.  I found this on the Carlson website: At Carlson, we ensure maximum freshness by managing our fish oils from sea to shelf. **Q: Why is amazon's price so much cheaper than on carlson lab website? is it a knock off? it's also $10 less here than at my local health food store.**
A: No idea why the price is cheaper.  Ask the seller.

**Q: Is this product mercury free?**
A: I re-read the entire label around the bottle and there is NO mention of Mercury at all.  I can say , however, these gels work wonders for me.  I also noticed for the first time that they have been around for 50 years.  I can only assume that if there was anything adverse or NOT good for us in them, we would have been told by now.  I have been using these for approximately 10 years or so and was introduced to them by an eye physician.

**Q: How large are these capsules?  Thank you!**
A: BIG.  If you have trouble swallowing big pills/capsules these will be a problem for you.  Close to an inch long and over a quarter of an inch across.  They are not capsules, they are gels.
