A: Does it have a d-plug attachment??  It might fit.  However, voltage must be compatible.

**Q: Will this work with a milanix 7” rechargeable small portable tv that is 12v input negative center pin, lithium battery?**
A: No.  You'll need a lithium charger which is compatible.

**Q: does the coaxial cables that comes with this product, attached to the adapter, have a soft cable end where the single pin on the modem cable will fit**
A: Coaxial cables do not exist with this charger.  Only d-plugs.

**Q: does this charge the item it is plugged in to?**
A: Provided the adapter is plugged into an active wall outlet (or an extension thereto), and barring any defect in the adapter and its cable + adapters, it should provide 12 VDC to which it is connected.  If the item being charged is requiring 12 VDC and IT is not defective, then it should charge.
